      Pros

      The people here are amazing! Everyone here is incredibly friendly no matter what department or level of staff they are. Also, the unlimited vacation after 2 years of employment is really nice. I also love that everyone here is dedicated towards a common goal. It is also normal for people to have long winded discussions about politics and religion. Everyone here is very intelligent.

      Cons

      The pay is really low comparatively to other places. There is also a big pay gap between people who are in top positions and people in bottom. That is truly the only downside of an otherwise amazing place to work.
