Family work environment, commitment to customers, they are willing to train employees, free breakfast on Mondays, engaging events for employees including Spirit Week, Customer Service Appreciation Week, and department team building events.

Cons

Long commute, and high turnover rate in some departments.

Provides agents with resources to succeed Safe location Kitchen is kept clean Offices are kept clean Large parking lot

Cons

Mid-level management can be immature leading to gossip around the office. This makes it a very toxic work environment. Also, they undervalue their employees and disrespect them by paying them so little. Certain employees were inept but were not let go because they were friends with upper management.
