Does not value his employees unless they are 'yes-men'. Is not open to new ideas. Won't give employees raises when due. Would rather fire or allow resignation to replace with cheaper help. Will never give you positive feedback, ever. Will trash you through your entire review. Does not care to provide sufficient, safe, and necessary tools and equipment for office workers, foremen, or pipe fitters. The entire company has a long history of illegal activities to maximize profits for the owner and the president. There are ZERO safety standards. No safety meetings, safety pauses, tool box talks, nothing. The president avoids conflict and difficult conversations. Never responds to requests to speak or meetings. The president will not allow growth within company. Project Managers are desk jockeys who have no clue what is going on with their jobs and direct any and all questions to their foremen instead of visiting their own sites. Foremen and fitters are provided with little to no benefits.
