Very unsupportive and negative work environment. Workplace bullying is prominent and the wages are extremely low - like poverty level. The venue merges marketing with group sales which are two full time jobs and you will be punished for not exceeding both roles - but they discourage working at home. I worked off the clock for free to get it all done. Coordinator level positions are treated poorly and supervisors ask really personal questions about family planning and your personal life. There is no leadership here, just a high school dynamic.
