being a caring employee I still lost my job when I was never in trouble, never was told I did my job wrong, nor ever got written up. I got attacked by another employee that was constantly rude to the patients, fellow employees, and doctor. I just find it racist that I didn't get an opportunity to give my word or any warning even though I enjoyed my job working with patients and helping them. it was always about completion there not really cared about teaching you so that you can advanced.
