Pros

There literally are none. Some of the kids will warm your heart, but nothing makes up for the way they run this place.

Cons

The moment you walk in, it is like the facility is frozen in time. It is run down to say the least, and NONE of their practices are up to any modern work standards, from the ancient timecard payroll system to the way they carry out their ABA. Do not work here, do not send your kids here. The "doctor" in charge of the practice does nothing for the company or the day to day operation whatsoever. I worked there for almost two years, and he did not so much as even introduce himself to me. No money is put into the branch whatsoever, parents pay and pay, and the facility and quality of service decline and decline. The daily "management" and "supervisors" are full of angry, unprofessional, unqualified loons. They are EXTREMELY RUDE to new employees, and play politics with everything. They keep kids in the facility for years that show no improvement, and falsify progress information to the parents. They over bill clients. They under pay and steal money from the staff on a regular basis. They do not offer employment status until after one year. The pay is extremely low with hardly any opportunities for meaningful raises. They offer no benefits and no insurance.

Pros

Most therapist cared about the quality of the therapy that the clients received.

Cons

Management hierarchy is corrupt. Little to no room or opportunity for advancement. Even with a degree the pay is not something you could afford to live off of. Zero benefits (not even an option) even though the nature of the work and facility were in constant unsanitary conditions. Workers are required to perform many duties in which they weren't told about in the initial interview. Workers were promised opportunities for various certifications but the process was never implemented.

Not the best place to work

Pros

They work with your schedule.

Cons

The management was the worst. There was no structure what so ever. The senior therapist bring their kids to work and they are so unprofessional. They offer no benefits. Even with a college degree you do not get paid enough.
