Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

One of the worst places I've ever worked. Unprofessional management and supervisors. No help from supervisors or management. Great for people that like to work independently ALL OF THE TIME because you will get very little help and will be looked at as weak if you do ask for help or ask questions. A LOT of favoritism. Out of approximately 12 processors, only 2 had been working there for more than 8 months. Constantly hiring processors because they are quit or Txlending fires good people. VERY NEGATIVE CULTURE!!! Loans were difficult and at least 30% of them never closed. I worked on a lot of loans that never closed and wasted my time. Salaries were lower than average and poor bonus structure. NO BONUS ON THE FIRST TEN LOANS YOU CLOSE

Horrible Place to Work

Pros

SOME of the people there were kind.

Cons

Just about everything. There is a list of floating holidays, so half of the company takes off on those days. You have a company that is open, but half of the staff is not in. There are times when the CFO did not let the building know to keep the air on. They frequently try to not pay for things they should pay for. They went to send people home early for Christmas. One girl asked if she would be paid, and they said no. She then told them she would just stay because she could not afford not to get paid. They told her she had to leave. Is this even legal??? Nothing every changes. Management has no back-bone and is extremely wishy-washy. It is a borderline violent place to work. Doors are slammed and there is a lot of yelling. They over-work and under-pay. No one in their right mind should consider working for this company. You will greatly regret it.

Pros

There are some great people to work with.

Cons

The company had a chance to leave a positive footprint in the industry; the lack of leadership and bad decision making have damaged the staff's moral. It delivers an unprofessional working environment with very little accountability for most.
