Pros

Recently raised a big round of funding Support of content providers (big magazine publishers) Last big medium to go the way of the proven all-you-can-eat pricing model Rarely work long hours

Cons

Bad location: terrible traffic on the 101, far from Caltrain, no nearby restaurants Bad management: Pushes to deliver too much too fast so teams are stressed and demoralized. Reluctant to deal with attitude problems. Yelling at teams for not delivering even when it's clear they worked hard and did their best. A few bad seeds: People you cannot rely on to do their job and do it well. Siloed departments: Little collaboration, support, team work Slipping product quality: Growing technical debt. Hundreds of bugs that aren't being fixed. No strong support for working from home
