Lack of career evolution opportunities

I did Machine Learning algorithm, but entire credit has taken by JPMC client employees and they have not any compensation for implementing the ML Algorithm. this company has taken the bill provided by client and put less experience resource and removed my job. JPMC client people got 200% hike, i did't get minimum extension of contract and any compensation and salary hike, instead they taken that amount and removed my job. this company and Client people has created some blames at Client place, instead of holding this type of Valuable Machine Learning Resource. Other vendor people has occupied the required position this company has not taken any action. They had not cleared my compensation implemented new ML Algorithm as a Final Settlement.
