      Pros

      Culture is amazing. Highly competent but friendly people who don't take themselves too seriously. Very creative environment where changing the status-quo is incentivised. Founders are incredible people to work for, both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Nothing particularly idiosyncratic to Ben. All the typical things you would expect from working at a Series A startup.

      High workload & very fast paced but exciting growth trajectory

      Pros

      - fast paced - get to work with and learn from some really smart people - good tech product & a strong product team that builds fast - ability to own your own workflows - very AI driven company that actively encourages employees to test tools wherever possible to speed up processes / improve workflows - pretty good benefits

      Cons

      - some typical start-up challenges: high workload, shifting priorities, high growth targets, long working hours - culture has taken a bit of a downturn in recent years, meaning motivation isn’t super high among the team (likely a result of quite a few rounds of redundancies recently) - salaries not great, especially for employees who have been there a while - progression frameworks not consistent across the business - no diversity among exec team
