Glacial Pace of Work

I left Thatcham Research because having nothing to do all day and trying to look busy took its toll on my mental health. The only way I can think to describe the pace of work at Thatcham Research is glacial. They are a company with more policies, procedures and layers of management than a large corporation, but with none of the promotion opportunities. In addition to this, senior management made it abundantly clear that they do not value Data Science. Only an experienced Data Scientist who is able to change a whole company's culture and values from the ground up on their own could make a success of this role.

Want to work long hours little pay and spoken to like a child this is the place for you
