Pros
I worked here years ago and have very fond memories. It was in a great location; was a very generous company and had a very professional staff. To this day, I still get bonus checks because Fred Malek invested in Marriott Stocks for all of us. We got bonuses at Christmas and they took us on a fabulous, all-exspense paid retreat.
Cons
I was a secretary here and I came from a working class background. Sometimes I felt like I didn't quite fit in with the elite at this firm. All of my bosses had MBA's and had gone to Yale and Harvard. But it was just my own personal issue - they never made me feel that way. They were always warm and welcoming and of course, each of them had their own personality.
