Pros
Pros: You can make a great impact on the nonprofit sector with The 360 Group. It's well known in the field, mighty but small, and one person can have a great impact. It's a mission-driven firm that cares a great deal about diversity and is a real growth outfit! Leadership is good; it functions more as a co-operative than a hierarchy. The pay is ok and the perks are pretty good. Virtual work there is really cool for people who like it! It works really well!
Cons
You have to be a self-starter; you have to put your hand up and ask for guidance; if virtual work is not your thing, you will have a tough time there. It can seem like a clique, but if you just bust in, you're welcome there.
