1. Management Style: The management exhibited a complete lack of awareness regarding the excessive overtime being put in by employees. It was a constant battle to get approval for holidays, and any requests for help with the overwhelming workload were dismissed. We were often told to work weekends like everyone else, with no compensation for the extra hours. 2. Knowledge Sharing: There was little to no sharing of knowledge within the team. Management was more focused on appearing to handle everything themselves to secure higher pay increases, while the rest of the team carried the bulk of the work. 3. Communication: The communication skills of the management were non-existent and often rude. 4. HR Support: The HR department was completely oblivious to the issues within the company, contributing to skyrocketing levels of staff turnover. Overall, the work environment was toxic, with poor management making it an incredibly stressful and demoralizing place to work.
