The CEO and country head show exceptional leadership and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical practices in their client relationships. Starbucks, as a client, gives valuable feedback that improves collaboration and makes the placement process smoother. It's inspiring to see the passion and dedication they bring to their work.
Cons
The maneger shows very unprofesional attitood, he is cleerly bias and dont hire women cuz he think they will distrackt other workers. At first, he act nice and suportive, but later he start making problims for no reason and force workers to quit by themself. This makes the work place very bad. Only people who say nice things to him seem happy in the job. His behavier makes others feel bad and alone, like they are not liked in the company. Also, he gossips and keeps grudges like a kid, which is not good for a leader. It's crazy how he is still doing well with so many talented and profesional people around him.
