Pros

They offer ‘free lunches’, ‘free snack cupboard’ and part expenses paid for staff quarterly’s to distract from a terrible work culture. This does not work.

Cons

Extremely stressful work environment as they are severely understaffed in admin, you will be doing the work of 3-4 people daily. Strict 24 hour turnaround time on all emails or you lose your bonus. You are on minimum wage salary which is an insult to the work expected of you. Management offer no support on workload even though they say they know we are understaffed. Staff turnaround is the worst I’ve known. Management ruin the culture as they are unapproachable which implements an uncomfortable work environment. You are also promised career progression. This does not exist in admin. You can go from an admin junior to an admin assistant for an extra £500 a year. Not worth it at all considering the stress.

Awful company to work for

Pros

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. Long history of treating staff unfairly. From day one it was clear they usually employ young girls who they like to take advantage of and expect to treat like dirt. Their ideal employee would be naive, a pushover, with no initiative and with no opinion of their own. If you apply to work with this company I'd advise to check the genuine reviews first, not ones written by client experience. Don't be fooled by the free lunches and smoothies, they think these and nights out are all that's needed to make staff happy. They suggest but can't take constructive feedback. They talk about staff morale but are happy to have someone chaperone all work events like a mug. Majority of staff are unhappy, under paid and get spoken to like rubbish. Bullying is tolerated and swept under the carpet. Office managers are uncompassionate and unprofessional. Such a badly run company which reeks of nepotism. A shame as I actually enjoyed my job and did actually work hard, never with any appreciation. The office staff in general are overall good, nice people. Shame some of the management don't treat them right and that's what let's it all down. Upper management have major issues, little respect for anyone 'beneath' them and speak to people like naughty children. I suspect they moved to a bigger office to fit their massive egos in. If you're thinking about working here, I'd look into the rapid staff turnover first and that will tell you all you need to know.

Cons

Poor management, bullying, lazy management

Great place to work

Pros

- Great bonus scheme (hard work is actually rewarded rather than taken for granted) - Great staff welfare (fully paid for staff events - fully stocked office with great coffee/snacks) - Catered lunches - Very accommodating with short notice holidays and even holidays over 2 weeks (Previous employers have often rejected holidays over 2 weeks)

Cons

Not so much a con, however it is very fast paced which may not be for everyone. You work hard, but get compensated well for it (Rather than just a pat on the back)
