* Compensation * Flexibility in terms of working remotely when needed * Work-life balance is completely reasonable * Learning and growth. There are always SMEs who help out. * Innovation and diversity in terms of business areas I get a chance to work in * Impact: management listens to what I have to say and in many cases adopts ideas and recommendations

Moving from one place to the next, but I guess that's the way it is in most consulting companies. ..

The company is lean so there are a lot of opportunities to take on projects (can be a con for some) The company has a lot of SMEs (Actimize/ETL/SQL) who are very good at making themselves available to help The culture is very proactive and friendly
Cons
Projects can have tight deadlines at times making for challenging situations
