Pros

Flexible work schedule. Great for first time job. Great for high schoolers and college students. Some surveys are interesting.

Cons

They want robots to work here. Supervisors talk down to you, treated as second class. Louzy training program. Not one benefit, not even a lunch break even if you work 8,9,10,11 or 12 hrs ! No sick time. High school politics rules. They make you sign a agreement if you damage the headphones it will cost you $150, the headphones are from 1990's. Outdated equipment. It took the company 17 years to replace the chairs. Nothing more than a number with high turnover rate. Finally, they have 1.5 to 2 months downtime so if you got to pay rent and have bills this is not for you. Supervisors make .25 -.75 cents more.

Pros

A paycheck and some cool people met working on the phones.

Cons

Don't appreciate employees, your just a number which is probably why they have such a high turn over rate. If you become supervisor you will take on a much higher job load with same pay...oh and after 3rd day place was sprayed for bed hugs that seem to be effective but they still pop up at booths so probably not worth the pay if tour house ends up with a bed bug infestation, all but one supervisor has quit since working here so definitely not a good sign.

Pros

It's decent pay considering how easy the work is. $12 an hour with no real expectations to meet quotas or any real pressure. Perfect for high schoolers or college students looking for extra money.

Cons

The majority of the people working in the telephone side are drug addicts or alcoholics. They refuse to address concerns related to people doing drugs in the bathrooms. They ignored the bed bug infestation that happened the summer of 2016 to the point where people quit (supervisors included) and lost hours of work because of it. The supervisors are completely unprofessional with the exception of the Data Capture manager, Michelle (she seems to be the only professional manager in there). There are no lunch breaks, which is hard when you're a smoker. You get a ten minute break every two hours, so there really isn't any wiggle room if you want to eat on your break.
