      -Quality interaction with the residents

      Cons

      -Mismanagement -Was not given my 2 dollar differential raise for passing meds, and when I asked why(months later), coincidentally enough I got fired -I only worked on the weekends so my incompetent managers asked my backstabbing coworkers about my job performance.

      Residents , helping care for those who need help.

      Cons

      Never having needed supplies, briefs,wipes, gloves, and food. Working alone with no help from management. Poor management, they only care about how much money they can pocket no true compassion or care for employees or residents. Never have enough staff to provide adequate coverage. Many houses only have 1 person to 3-7 residents who are all completely dependent on caretaker for all needs.
