      Pros

      Retransform (Annet Group company) was very good in terms of culture and employee benefits when it was part of Annet group. Since it has been part of Apex Group all the rules policies are applicable of Apex Group and since then it has become very pathetic company to work for.

      Cons

      - Micro management - Reduction in performance bonus - 2-4 percent appraisal - Forcefully change in notice period policy from 2 to 3 months. - Very little support from HR department in terms of offboarding process.
