It is incredibly character-building to work with such incompetent and borderline disrespectful management

Cons

The assistance department is rampant with blame-culture perpetrated by members of management. The role is widely advertised as a security role when it is medical admin. Beware of projectiles in the office, as the lead IOR cannot control their temper and throws objects at colleagues. The position itself could be a wonderful job if it weren't for the incompetence and lack of leadership skills from management. The department lost 90% of its team in less than a month, which speaks for itself, yet they continuously refuse to look inwards and admit that the problem comes from them. Lastly, the role offers no progression, despite the empty promises made by management.
