Company in death spiral.

Good benefits, good location, good people

Cons

Company has extremely inept and disconnected senior management team. No communication with employees, no direction for the future. Lawson M3 ERP system is inefficient and lacks basic functionality, requiring extremely manual processes to work around. Accounting department is blamed for operational issues and worked to death. Wrong products wrong customers wrong leadership has doomed this company. Cannot recommend working here. Owners/management making no investment in company so unlikely broken systems and processes will be fixed. Poor raises and lack of work life balance

Cons

"DO NOT WORK HERE". Once you get in you will have regrets. The only employee that is willing to stay because they are older and have language barrier. Pay is extremely low. They will work you to death. Employees are all for themselves. Management will lie like there is no tomorrow. The new CEO bring all his previous employees to take over the company so that he can get his salaries and bonus and than screwed the owner. I'm looking and hope to get out ASAP!!!

Location is the only positive thing this company has going for it;; however, I live in Frisco.

Cons

Poorly ran, with a track record of missed opportunities, mismanaged risks, and poor operational decisions. An executive team that is completely detached, with absolutely no employee engagement. Manual processes with no support from leadership on automation, process improvement, or work simplification. Dysfunctional work environment, with a "silo" mentality. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
