-Flexible Schedule -good pay for case management role -nice office

Cons

-no diversity - unempathetic -excecutive director is extremely passive aggressive, will say she has an open door policy but will retaliate if you have complaints -management will work around the clock and you will be pressured to do the same -too much paperwork with no grace -full of "mean girls"
