I did not enjoy that there was a lack of training, outside of Grace Hill.
It was an overly competitive environment and it made it hard to work as a team when necessary.
There wasn't a professional/welcoming workplace culture in the office, nor from a corporate level.
The turnover was extremely high due to the lack of cultivated growth in their current employees.
