      Great Opportunity for a Young Professional

      Pros

      I am really lucky to have found this organization. They have encouraged me to get involved and to utilize my creative freedom in a bright new way. They are very open to new ideas and very accepting. Leadership acknowledges my strengths and has worked very hard to help find me a role that best fits my skills and interests. I never thought I would feel so celebrated. Leadership and the sales agents are very encouraging and have really taken me under their wing to help me learn and get involved outside of the organization as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to understand my top priorities since leadership has to manage so much.

      Pros

      Large enough to have lots of good resources but still has a "family feel". Everyone at The Arizona Group is working towards the same goal of helping to protect our customers. The atmosphere is really positive and I love coming to work. The management is accessible and listens whenever there is an issue so it can be corrected right away. They really feel that there should be a strong work/life balance and encourage you to work hard throughout the day and not spend your evenings and weekends thinking about work.

      Cons

      I can't think of a downside to working here.

      Pros

      Really good management that actually cares about work life balance. The commercial lines manager is by far the best CL manager I’ve ever had. Overall a really nice group of people that actually care about their coworkers and their employees.

      Cons

      Some positions that would traditionally be salaried roles are hourly roles with this company. Which is more preference than con probably.
