      Pros

      The people are great. they love what they do and they want to do it well. Great locations to work — Athens County feels like a dream land.

      Cons

      Low salary, poor upper management, no emphasis on reinvesting into the product. Instead, investment goes into ... advertising staff. Who don't sell.
