Extremely talented writers and editors who are committed to putting out the best content in the industry.

Cons

The main goal originally seemed to be publishing outstanding stories. Now it seems like the only concern is gaining new subscribers and there is a degree of distrust in the metrics used to gauge performance. A massive reorganization in 2021 was handled in a way that didn't make sense to a lot of the workforce.
