      Incredible boss but complete chaos in the workplace

      Pros

      Pros: my boss was incredible! Seriously my boss is a rockstar of a human and I have no idea how she has worked there as long as she has. The company as a whole is incredibly lucky they have someone like her working for them, she is one in a million, and one of the hardest most dedicated workers there is.

      Cons

      Complete chaos every day. No one knows what they’re doing or the person next to them. It’s like everyone runs around with their heads cut off saying one thing not knowing the person next to them is saying the next. Everyone hates their job & is miserable. It’s really sad to watch people be broken down day after day. Complete disorganization. Also, the insurance is terrible. It’s like some weird knockoff insurance.

      Overtime available but toxic culture and poor management

      Pros

      You can work as much overtime as you want.

      Cons

      They force you to work weekends and most paid holidays, production is made to work 7-days a week. They don’t care about quality products going out the door as long as things are getting pushed out the door to make money that you never see in raises. Constant changes in CEO, CFO, etc… which has caused a new shift in longevity. People who have worked for the company for 10+ years are jumping ship left and right. You will likely be the only person in your area with zero support from under qualified management put in position by the boys club.
