Secure job, never held accountable for failing in your role. No one gets warnings for poor behaviour or performance.
Cons
Toxic working environment, old management style in senior management. No promotions from within, constant infighting between departments, lazy staff in some departments, poor behaviour is tolerated, senior staff drink to excess.
