They don't let you learn the menu and just expect you to no everything the first day and guy runs place is a joke

Beautiful, historical place. Great customers.

Cons

You have to split tips with people that don't even bring tips in. It is outrageously unfair that servers have to pay wages. Disturbing. For example, you could bring in $400 in tips and leave with less than $200, while the "expo" leaves with more than you, but put $0 in the pot.
