Good place to start your career but expect to put on way more hats that you realise

Pros

- Great community/lovely coworkers - everyone had a go-getter mentality. - Interesting projects - you get to learn a lot! I look back and realise I had a great time there - but mostly because of the people. Although lots of the skills you pick up there are transferrable. Most work is analytical but not quantitative.

Cons

- Incredibly flat structure - not much room to advance or develop/get promoted. - Not many processes in place when I worked there. So there were some issues with internal reporting etc. - Upper management non-existent - you basically manage yourself.
