Robust benefits package available without the usual waiting period. Commitment to growth of the organization while not losing sight of commitment to the environment and local communities. Embracement of work/life balance. A great blend/ratio of legacy and new employees. The organization is evolving rapidly and in a positive way.
Cons
Not a con so to speak but we are going through the growing pains associated with an organization rapidly growing staff and expanding its services, no matter how consciously that is handled since not all scenarios can be anticipated. But setbacks are used as learning tools, not punitively.
