      Pros

      No dress code. Some of the employees emit great energy and make the job easy to get through.

      Cons

      Some managers are extremely disrespectful in the way they address you. They have no sense of professionalism and mediating skills when issues arise. Managers don't take women seriously and dismiss what you have to say.
