      None that I can think of

      Cons

      * Software Engineers constantly ridicule and pick on each other * Made to work over when having personal circumstances that should have made me exempt * Terrible level of support for junior engineers * Fire instead of help engineers who struggle * Told by leadership to "get over" anxiety issues caused by their bullying

      Avoid this company at all costs

      Pros

      Mostly nice employees, well located office

      Cons

      Very low pay, no pension, frequent lunchtime meetings, stressful, no career progression, bad management, no job security, extremely high staff turnover, very little autonomy and penny pinching management. A lot is expected of you but you can expect nothing but a pat on the back in return. There isn't really a viable business here and I don't think there has been for a long time. This review also applies to the student beans company.
