no job security, they have record to keep comapny up for 2 year, every 2 year , company is closed, emplyees which are working in that company are knowledgeless, they are called again every time company reopens with new name 1)VCM 2)The beast APPS 3) Adsome globaltech 4) fintech global tech I heard thatnow they have laied off some of the employees due to no work , client has denied to continue business in covid-19 situation, also they have cut 30% of all employees, working for small projects,,, those are not called projects, it is like POC.. Very very big politics, Manageer are very useless, only doing Laugh like a monster you will not praised your work, because manager will take advantage of it.. boss is very Stingy, he take snack packets like balaji waffers to home which are left after eating. he is like hulk, no manners, no professionalism no work-life balance, they have the weekend off, but only in paper, they can call you sat and sunday, for useless work
