Pros

I applied to this company because I genuinely believed in their mission, and the role sounded great on paper. However, several things were not disclosed during hiring/onboarding. I was hired for the Ontario region but was assigned cases in the High Desert, which was unexpected.

Cons

There appeared to be a lack of consistent supervision and support for supervisors, as well as limited ongoing training. Scheduling overlaps was difficult at times because supervisors were redirected elsewhere. While the company promotes work-life balance, there is frequent after-hours communication which had created pressure to be highly available to me personally, and to others who directly shared this with me. Many families were unaware of clinical transitions and expressed frustration with frequent staff changes and limited BCBA involvement. The new hire training was 2 days long for BTs, Clinical Supervisors and for BCBAs and was primarily lecture-based. I also observed concerns related to report quality and program individualization.
