      Not bad but could be better

      Pros

      Pay , Flexible about time off. various differant jobs to do keep things from getting boring . long lunch break an decent work hours

      Cons

      Maintenance supervisor really does not have people skills or understand his job. He seems to think being a supervisor means no longer having to really work

      Pros

      The corporate staff in New York was very welcoming and polite. Training was thorough, they set you up for success.

      Cons

      I think I was let go because I was the only black manager. The reason I was let go, within 1 month, with no prior warning and no opportunity to grow was stupid and made up. The “salaried” managers still clock in.

      some of the colleagues are competitive, money driven. lack of proffessionalism in the terms of tea work and framework
