      Great, but some things could be better

      Pros

      It always felt like working with your family, even if you don’t always like your family but you do always love your family.

      Cons

      I loved working at the berry center, but they were skipping over a lot of security and safety issues that kept coming up, instead of adapting to the event or people they would rather just keep doing things like they have always.

      Horrible morale due to our leadership. Terrible communication. Double standards abound in expectations vs examples set forth thru management.
