Great company to work with. This is actually my second time with the company. Tremendous respect and admiration for the CEO. Very supportive environment that treats it's employees with respect and encourages everyone to have a balanced lifestyle.

Pros

This company is on a mission as lives and breathes franchising. Very focused. It is a flat hierarchy so everyone is given meaningful responsibility. Full benefits. More work - life integration. Co-founder is Bruce Linton so incredible backing with the motto always to "get it done right." The CTO is out of this world good and Steve Cody is a force of nature. Much is expected but much is given.

Cons

Not a place if you watch the clock as all the people here are "all in".
