Nice office in the heart of City Centre Good training and support from the management The values of the business good in terms of the free courses they offer to vulnerable children and adults who look after children and adults. Staff team have been welcoming

Pros

We have a great company culture. Everyone's willing to help each other. We all work hard but we also have a laugh! Before joining here I'd been in the same job for years and couldn't imagine settling in somewhere else but within the first week it felt like I have been here for years! Best decision I made was to come here! The other negative reviews seem a bit of a personal vendetta as I have not experienced any of these negative things. You only need to meet the team for a minute to know that this is a happy place for all of us!

Pros

I am working with The Big Initiative for quite a long time but neither my Team lead nor higher authorities have ever been forced to work till late at night or do something non-relatable to my work. They have always supported the whole team to sharpen their skills and provide support for it.

Cons

They should conduct monthly awards & recognitions to appreciate employees, it will help them to motivate for future work.
