So many forced review by the CEO

Clearly the CEO is forcing reviews from his team. There is definitely hybrid working at BTG but that’s because no one wants to go to the office due to the lack of culture and motivation and this was not without the will of the senior team who were forcing the agenda back in 2021 but then gave up.

Cons

Just an overall bad business to work for. The hospitality industry is not doing well.along with bad management it’s not a fun place to be. All you have to look at is how many vacancies the company constantly has. All the good people leave

The market is tough and will be for some time which presents challenges to be overcome.

- Great culture within the support centre - Supportive management team who show they are appreciative of your work. - Very agile culture, everyone is encouraged to suggest changes and will be fully supported in implementing them. - Great restaurant discounts and monthly gift cards. - Flexible WFH policies

Toxic Culture

Pros

The long serving employees still have a great attitude despite the Epiris take over and new appointments. Unfortunately, most of these employees are now jumping ship to more credible restaurant businesses which is great for them but Big Table Group is poorer for losing them.

Cons

As many have said, the “exec” team are very weak and are openly mocked by “junior” employees for their lack of empathy and semi literacy.
