Once was a good company, now one to avoid working at

Pros

Culture had been good for many years (and still is amongst those of us that have been around a while from the early days) Opportunity to do new things Staff who genuinely care and are proud to see bikes being ridden by children and helping the environment

Cons

A company let down by senior management who have given up and are invisible to staff. Mass layoffs have occurred (due to finances) and were communicated by the CEO while he was away leaving others to pick up the mess. Says it all...

- Good work/life balance (Monday-Friday) - The majority of team-mates are friendly - On the job training is offered - Pizza for lunch on Fridays

Cons

- There are a lot of inconsistent decisions made by management - A lot of mention of company growth and high sales, which never trickled down to impact the pay or promotion of Mechanics - A lack of managerial structure - An alpha male dominated environment - The hourly pay was very rarely calculated accurately each month
