Pros

Unlimited pto Summer Fridays Bonus (when fairly paid out) CEO

Cons

Very much boys club vibes. Incentive to do well and perform above and beyond wasn’t really there outside of the year end bonus. No opportunities to grow.

Thank you for your feedback and for your years of service with The Bluebird Group. We're glad the time-off benefits, Summer Fridays, and our CEO made a positive impression during your time here. The concerns you've raised about growth opportunities, day-to-day performance incentives, and inclusivity are important to us and will be shared directly with our leadership team. We want every team member to feel challenged, supported, and heard when they're ready to take the next step, and your advice to management is well taken. We wish you well in your next role and appreciate you helping us do better.
