Pros
The project managers were full of knowledge and often willing to facilitate growth. It was a great place to learn new things and be able to dip your feet into every aspect of the projects. I greatly appreciated the project manager's willingness to let you take the reigns on projects.
Cons
The upper management was often unwilling to accept change. Very stuck in their ways and often made false promises. It was also very difficult to get a raise.

Pros
Great place to wear different job hats and get a good overall experience of what it takes to complete a project. Upper management is very knowledgeable and are willing to teach you to bring you up to their level. Hours are fantastic because you get out at 12 on Fridays. Great vacation time and paid benefits.
Cons
They are not open to changing the culture of the firm. Quite environment that almost feels like working at a bank.
