- good benefits - nice long holiday break - friendly employees
Cons
- poor upper management - have no idea how to manage their employees - unprofessional work behavior / catty, gossipy employees - no room for career growth - outdated business strategies/business practices - stunted creative work due to "yes man" account managers - account managers set utterly unrealistic timelines . Don't understand LOE on different types of projects. -treat entry level employees poorly. - upper management has entitlement issues. - upper management uses intimidation tactics - hard work is not appreciated by upper management
