      'Avoid at all costs- Total Pyramid scheme

      Pros

      None - They make it seem as if you will get in a specific field but all it is selling Xfinity in Walmarts and best buys

      Cons

      Pyramid scheme. You sell Xfinity and the more Xfinity( or other service- Verizon, sprint, etc) you move up the ladder and you bring people on your "team". People who are from foreign countries and highly targeted because they feel as if you can pay them less (one girl got paid 800 for the month- which was 6 days a week work with 10 hour work days.) They will bully you into working and make you feel bad if you don't make sales. Terrible toxic environment.

      Pros

      South End location, excellent creative staff, strong work ethic. Youthful feel with much of the staff. Seniir staff has a ton of experience.

      Cons

      Terrible environment- very negative. Little stability on accounts. Not great at winning new business. Benefits are the worst I have ever seen. The HR manager is also the CFO and his focus is on $ not on people. This is also driven by the owner who feels the same way. $ is more important than anyone who works there.

      Very good supportive employer compared many other consulting companies of Deloitte.

      Contractors are well taken care of. None so far
