good rates of pay, pension scheme, electronic payslips, online rotas. free on site parking, staff discounts on meals, nice uniform, great views from the office/bar, good communication, good hours of work, nice staff room and facilities, good team with seasonal workers in the summer season.
Cons
hospitality means working evenings and weekends, but that is to be expected

The location is incredible The working times are good

Only boys worked on the bar and all the girls were in the kitchen Owner said she thought the me too movement was attention seeking Owner said they didn't believe spiking was a real offence and went on to victim blame her employee Employees openly used racial and ableist slurs in front of the chefs and senior bar staff and they didn't do anything about it All the food is microwaved so if you're gonna live in consider that The managment aren't actually managers and when customers complain they don't want to deal with it
