Pros

They have free Soulcycle for employees

Cons

No ability to work from home. Very difficult to access due to no proximity to the metro. Hard work is not rewarded. No transparency when firing coworkers. No opportunity for growth. Unfortunately upper management takes advantage of employees until they burn out. Workloads are unevenly distributed while poor compensation is widespread. Management does not support or invest in lower level employees. Micromanagement from CEOS. Promotions are not merit based, they are favorite based.

Shiny on the outside, exhausting on the inside

Pros

Some of the people that work there are kind, helpful, and very smart Client roster is cool and looks good on a resume Summer Fridays, I guess?

Cons

Everyone is overworked. No accountability when it comes to leadership at the company. The expectation is to work hard, with very little time to yourself. The company boasts about its benefits, but they don't amount to much when you're constantly being stretched too thin. Diversity almost non-existent, just check their website. Mental health days are reduced to twice a year. The company is small but if you don't make friends or become a favorite, you will instantly feel like an outsider. They 100% pick favorites.

Pros

Done by 5pm most days, which is rare for a media agency

Cons

Company does not support its employees, listen to them or respect them...quite small and yet has had group layoffs 2x in the last 2 years. Nearly no diversity. Exec is extremely out of touch.
