Cons

Most of the Tips are used as a bonus for Managers, Supervisors and Head chefs. The floor staff gets almost nothing. There is almost no hours for part-timers. Last minute shift cancellations but they expect you to cover if they are short of staff Glasses are washed in the kitchen near where food is handled
