Pros

- Recognizable company name that can help early in your career - Decent starting point if you’re just entering the industry, but not a place to stay long-term - High-volume work will force you to get fast - Supportive coworkers at the non-management level

Cons

- Management is openly unprofessional. Shouting across the office, laughing loudly, and creating a disruptive environment - Inappropriate and, at times, deeply insensitive comments about employees are tolerated and not addressed - Lack of basic professionalism and empathy from leadership creates an uncomfortable and, at times, hostile work environment - No accountability systems for poor leadership or workplace conduct -Open-concept office is extremely distracting and makes focused work difficult - Designed for “collaboration,” but in reality it reduces productivity and increases stress - Leadership seemed to think a new building would fix culture issues. It didn’t - Location next to a peat moss facility means dust and debris regularly cover your car and the surrounding area - Clear focus on optics over employee well-being or quality of work - Employees who could work from home are still expected to come in sick or use very limited sick days unnecessarily - “Salary” roles are not truly flexible. Very strict 8-hour in-office expectations regardless of workload - Pay is stagnant and not based on experience. New grads and experienced employees are treated the same - Hard work is not rewarded; it results in more work being piled on - No meaningful growth opportunities—this is not a long-term workplace - Company feels outdated and resistant to modern workplace standards - Leadership appears dismissive of employee feedback, with a sentiment that negative reviews “don’t matter,” which reflects a broader lack of accountability

Pros

Lots of oppurtunity to work on impactful projects. Dedicated and friendly coworkers. Good health and dental benefits options.

Cons

Office politics + lean staffing makes it easy to become over worked/burnt out.
